Renhold Bjerke AS (org. 927 321 653) is the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with our business. We take privacy seriously and comply with the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.
What information we collect
When you get in touch via the form, email or phone, we collect your name, contact details and information about your enquiry. For employees and suppliers, we additionally process what is required by law and contract.
Why we process it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, deliver services under contract, and meet our legal obligations (accounting, the Working Environment Act).
Retention period
Enquiries without a customer relationship are deleted within 12 months. Customer agreements and associated documentation are kept in accordance with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (5 years).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability. Send a request to post@renholdbjerke.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
